The second pandemic wave disrupted life, just when the world was trying to adjust to the new realities. Optimism gave way to uncertainty and delay. However, investments in Indian real estate defied the trend and continued the momentum gained during the first quarter of 2021. Investors have come to accept that they must operate in an environment of constraints and uncertainty.
