Who is a female inspiration/role model to you and why?
Over the years, I have come across both women and men who have inspired me to move forward, introspect and be a better person. Inspiration has come from people who believed in me and provided the opportunity to be authentic and not conform to a mould. Women in my life have taught me that both independence and collaboration are equally important.
Why does inclusion matter to you?
Inclusion encourages better engagement and appreciation of diverse thoughts and ideas around us. It helps me keep an open mind. It is about being heard and acknowledged, which helps us collaborate better within a team.
How are you inspiring women to achieve their ambitions at JLL?
Understanding each person’s point of view is important, making it essential to listen to others. I feel fortunate that JLL has given me opportunities to go beyond confidently and excel. Now, I feel, is the time to repay by offering similar opportunities to other women around me, so they also achieve their ambitions. I try to instil this spirit of independence and collaboration in my thought process and implement it in my tasks, every day.
