Demand for the office sector improved and demand for retail sector remained stable. Residential launches remain stable in most cities

In the research conducted across eight cities in India, it was observed that broadly all the real estate asset classes experienced a good level of stability in April 2023. Office sector, however, saw an increased demand in most of the cities while retail space take up in malls remained stable. New residential launches too remained stable in most cities.
