Market highlights:

Office: Office space take up remained stable in most cities, co-working sector witnessed an increased share. Cities such as Bengaluru, Delhi, Chennai and Hyderabad recorded increased traction in the co-working sector.

Retail: Most of the leasing recorded in the high streets. Fashion category recorded maximum traction in the retail leasing. 

Residential: Majority of the cities witnessed increased residential launches during the month.
