The Pulse Monthly Real Estate Monitor June 2024 reports that most Indian cities, including Hyderabad, Kolkata, and Bengaluru, observed increased retail space take-up in shopping malls, additional residential launches, and higher demand for office space. Notably, The West Bengal government announced the end of its 2% rebate in stamp duty and a 10% cut in circle rates on property registrations, effective starting July 1, 2024. Lastly, WiredScore, a leader in rating digital connectivity, announced its enlargement into India.
