Office: Office space gained traction in most cities with IT/ITeS players contributing to majority of the leases.

Retail: Most of the leasing was recorded in fashion and apparel sectors.

Residential: Residential launches rose marginally in most cities with stable demand.

Industrial: Industrial demand continued to be positive across all the cities.
