Our Aspirations program is designed to handhold our talented newcomers from campus, to help them aspire higher and achieve their ambitions.

You’ll get the opportunity to learn from seasoned experts, working on live projects that will give you a taste of what it’s like to work for an exciting, multi-national real estate company.

Training & Mentorship

In this multifaceted “Campus to Corporate” learning programme, you’ll get a month-long opportunity to learn on-the-job while shadowing our team leaders.

Key highlights of the programme? Hands-on mock sales pitches, specially-curated learning programmes, as well as interaction with our Head of HR and even our CEO. 

Graduate / Management Trainee 

For final-year undergraduates or students of business schools, this programme will give you the ‘big break’. You’ll get a chance to work full-time in a specialised business line and get a complete 360-degree experience in the way we work.
