Tell us about your experience working at JLL Business Services (JBS).
Working at JLL has been incredibly enriching. I am one of the few fortunate ones who started working for JLL as an industry and then witnessed the transition to shared services, which later became JLL Business Services (JBS). This gave me the opportunity to work in all the branches of Lease Administration, starting from an executive role and gradually progressing to a senior director leading a team of over 140 talented individuals.
How does a typical day at work look like at JBS?
We handle leases and financial management of lease administration. My team works on invoices and rent variance reports, shouldering the responsibility to ensure accurate payments for our clients. Our work directly impacts the financial well-being of the company as well as the clients.
What keeps you motivated to stay at JBS?
JBS is not just a workplace; it feels more like an extended family. The strong sense of camaraderie and the continuous opportunities for growth have kept me motivated and dedicated throughout my tenure. JBS has provided me with a platform to prosper both professionally and personally. Moreover, being able to make meaningful contributions to the company's success has made my time here incredibly fulfilling.
