Sanya Dixit, Digital Marketing Senior Analyst, expands horizons working with global stakeholders.
As a Senior Analyst, Digital Marketing, Sanya Dixit manages various tools that JLL uses for social media services and digital marketing at a global level. She looks after strategizing and implementation, as well as the reporting part of the whole process, offering end-to-end services to all stakeholders.
Delhi-born Sanya considers herself a global citizen with schooling in 13 different schools. She came to Gurugram in 2019, but as said, home is where the heart is. Sanya has now made this city her home with a family and many friends – at work and outside of work.
What’s the key highlight of your role?
Collaborating with teams in the Americas, EMEA and APAC. I have this fantastic opportunity to work with global stakeholders. The experience of working with cross-boundary teams operating in different time zones has expanded my horizon in terms of my communication skills. At the same time, this cross-border partnership has helped me with a deep understanding of the world’s real estate market.
How has this role helped you grow personally?
Playing this global role, communicating and coordinating with stakeholders worldwide, has definitely bolstered my confidence. I have become a much more confident person.
What’s your most significant achievement?
My biggest achievement is the kind of solid relationship I have with my stakeholders. They have confidence in me with their requests and know that I will find a solution to their problems. That keeps me going forward confidently.

What do you like the most about your work?
The best part about my work is team, where everything is so well coordinated. Everyone at JBS likes to talk and listen. Everyone makes an effort to understand others as a person and not just as a colleague. The leadership is approachable, and the environment is so friendly that even the Marketing Head walks to anyone’s desk to chat with that person or go out for coffee with colleagues. Hierarchy is never a barrier.
